The Torch of Wisdom Foundation and Detroit Fine Arts Breakfast Club hosted an educational seminar to kick off our annual art event. During the seminar, new and established collectors learned how art can enhance their net worth as a financial asset, while artists learned how to promote their artwork and build its value for future collectors.

Artwork Viewing Days: We have set aside two viewing days, so you can see the artwork in person: Friday, Sept. 24, 4-8 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 25, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., at the Torch of Wisdom Plaza, 21819 W. 9 Mile Rd., Southfield MI 48076.

Live Auction: On September 26, between 4-6 p.m., you can join us in-person at the Torch of Wisdom Plaza or virtually to bid on 20 pieces of original artwork specially selected by our jurors. We have a limited number of VIP tickets to join in-person for this live auction. Tickets are $30 and include refreshments as well as a raffle for a chance to win art prizes. COVID Policy

  • All visitors must wear face masks in the TOWF building, whether or not vaccinated
  • Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry to the building. NOTE: Anyone with a temperature above 101 degrees will not be allowed to enter the meeting areas.
  • Event attendees will be required to sign-in with our greeters
  • Socially distanced seating will be set-up
